Aww, Jeff. You're sweet!

I used to review library blogs but kind of gave up. There are so many and quite a few of them are very good, with such a wide variety of topics.

If all the librarians in the world contributed to the biblioblogosphere, are we ob-blog-gated to read them all?

I think I'll just read yours and I'll know everything I need to know.

One of the phenom's I've been observing in librarianship is Faux Journalism. In a sense, it's what I'm practicing. But at least I'm only claiming to deliver my own opinion, even if I am doing it sans editors and fact-checkers. A resource that calls itself "The library weblog about library weblogs" should also make it clear what it is--two guys selecting what they like. It's fun, but it's not "all the blogs that are fit to print." It's an opinion piece gleaned primarily from other opinion pieces.

Fortunately, it is none of those things. Well on second thought, it is "Now Online," as it has been since July. And "New," but only in URL. But "Impartial?" Why would we want that?
