I am writing this letter to you to advise you that I have received my Choicepoint report today only to find a nightmare come true happen. I was refused employment at a major bank this week due to a faulty and erroneous repoting of information by Choicepoint. I am infuriated!! I don't know what to do to correct this error or how to have this fixed. Choicepoint has me listed with 2 felonies and one misdemeanor and listed as "guilty"!!! Is this a nightmare or what and to top it off the information is wrong. This company has interfered with my financial stability and employment opportunities. How can this be? I am just beside myself. This is just wrong and just unacceptable. What can I do about this? I would loove to file suit against this company! I cannot believe they are an operating company allowed to tamper with anyone's life like this and think they have no responsibility. This cannot continue as this is a horrific nightmare come true. Please if you have any advice for me please email me back. I have been on google.com all day looking at the articles of erroneous information they have given on other people and it is just out of control. They must be held accountable immediately!! This must stop and they must be stopped!! ChoicePoint is a company that is negatively tampering with peoples' livelihood. This is very, very, very scary to say the least. Please help me!!
