Automated LCSH

Intriguing: a tool that assigns LCSH automatically. Catalogablog notes, “The software costs 60k, only those with deep pockets need check this one out.” Er–priced a cataloger lately? Wonder how well it works? Stay tuned. I continue to be impressed by many of the automated indexing tools, which I see as helper tools with the potential to ramp up MPOW (My Place of Work, for those of you new to this blog).
