<description>Voters in Fargo, North Dakota approved an 18 month half cent sales tax levy to pay for the construction of a new main library and to expand a southside branch. The tax is expected to raise about $12 million for new library construction and was approved by 62% of the voters. (A supermajority of 60% was required).
