		<description>These are GREAT!! I didn't have that much good Parm, so I make 1/2 the recipe with extra sharp cheddar and sprinkled with some good sweet Hungarian paprika . . .

and solved the cut-side down question by twisting them--makes for some nice browning! I let them come to room temp first.

A couple of other thoughts: the airbake sheets are mandatory, otherwise they'll burn. If you don't have airbake, try nesting 2 regular cookie sheets. I didn't have any Pam, but tried spraying with evoo--didn't work so great. Baker's Secret worked much better. Also, I cut them with a pizza cutter, zip-zip-zip!

And Karen's portion sizes are for petite persons like herself. My group of 4 ate 3/4 of the recipe, and prolly would have polished them off if I'd have kept baking them   :)</description>
