		<description>Fingerprinting library patrons is extreme, and I fail to see how it will stop a person from fondling themself.  I imagine the Reference staff could carry portable fingerprinting kits and when an act of fondling occurs, they could lift a print to find out if the owner of the genitalia had been touching him/her self.  Or maybe the goal is, as you said, to assist the FBI in closing &quot;that pesky privacy gap.&quot;</description>
