Oldwordistan -- sounds like the beginnings of a brave old world:

2084 and the Oldwordian dystopia starring "big great-great uncle" and "oldspeak."

(Yes, I do attempt to draw ideas to the Roccoco)

Since "neologism" means "new word," paleogism means "old word" and an "aging neologism" means "old new word" maybe you should say anachrologism? (Or protopseudoeduanachrologism if you in the initial stages of using an old new word for "sort of" education purposes.)

Paleologism--that's got a ring to it! The only other choice, methinks, would be something with geri; geriologism just wouldn't be quite as clear.

Aging neologism... would that be a paleologism?

Who knows if it's the right word, but it makes it sound like an interesting object of study, anyway.

The preliminary groundwork for your writing would later be discussed in the Journal of Protopseudoedubiblioblogospheric Studies...

And if I, a public librarian, decided to blog about school libraries that would be pseudoedubiblioblogospherific! (which, I might add, is a longer word than antidisestablishmentarianism).

Then there's the world of writing librarians... scrivenobiblioblogosphere? (I have always said if I ever had a daughter I would have named her Sweet Acidopholus.)

Uh oh. . . I coined "edubiblioblogosphere" on 2/22/06, as a catch-all phrase for the (still sparsely populated) world of K-12 school librarian bloggers. Guilty as charged!
