Another great Schneiderism.  I suspect that this is a lesson those of us here in libraryland could learn.  It's ok to Stop.  Think things through.  Prioritize.  

Taking time to Plan your work is a part of Productivity.

		<description>I wonder how that relates to my observation about librarians not getting much management training. I feel a lot of what happens in libraries is intended to *emulate* work due to a poor understanding of functional work processes.

I have wanted to write a post about the signs of a toxic workplace, but felt it seemed a bit negative. Maybe if I balance it with signs of a healthy workplace?</description>
