		<description>MFPOW in Virgina just passed an addition to it&#039;s discrimination policy adding GLBT as a protected class, all the way to the Board level.  It took years to work out, mainly led by students.  They finally had an opinion by the state AG who stated that it was against state law, but they did it anyway.

And it would have been better if they weren&#039;t almost the last in the state to do it, but at least they finally acted.</description>
