On each visit to the coast, I freeze a couple orders of pad thai and bring them back in a soft cooler in my checked luggage. I also found the pretty spots in my little southern town. BTW I liked the sushi at Jasmine Cafe (www.jasmine-cafe.com/) on College Ave. Watching them make the sushi rolls inspired me to work harder at home to make rolls that hold together. But it does ring oh so true, and I'm glad that Tallahassee is, in its own funky way, turning out to be as pretty as my view of Carter Mountain (even though I can't figure out how to arrange my furniture so I can see the mountain from a sitting position).
