		<description>The motion, as it went into referral, made exceptions for lists that needed to be closed. In fact, all lists that need them should have complementary "closed" lists. It's just a no-brainer.</description>

I have mixed thoughts on the motion. I like the openness as long as they define the times the lists can be closed.

I also hope that if such a motion moves forward groups will not stop promoting open meetings and other methods of feedback. In other words, I hope it does not make people lazy.</description>
