		<description>You know, just seeing that wonderful, brightly colored Maslow&#039;s Hierarchy triangle makes me more encouraged already. We should all be striving for that next level up, even when it feels safer to stay in the comfortable, current state.</description>

		<description>Well, you can&#039;t lay out an impressive vision for a digital collection and moving 95% of print monographs off-site and still pretend to be an unhip librarian who is resistant to new ideas. ;)

There&#039;s lot of great and exciting ideas for evolving libraries, and a lot (not all) of them cost money. So there&#039;s nothing wrong with picking priorities, and if smart phones aren&#039;t quite the priority, then so be it.

And everyone benefits from a little more art on the walls.</description>
