This is the first draft of my major project. It looks thick now–231 pages, not counting errata–but not all of these essays will make it through the first review. I wrote brief prognoses of each essay with statements of needed revision. That was a terrific exercise that made me feel good about each piece, for what it has contributed to my education, even if its fate is to go quietly in that good night.
The binder with the tabs was not a requirement (neither were the summaries for each piece, though I’d do it again for what I got from it), but it was appreciated.
