I started using stickers on my laptop after watching someone in an airport security line confuse my laptop with his. Like Little Black Suitcases, laptops are dangerously similar, particularly to people who don’t really appreciate the huge difference between a Dell Latitude 410 from a ThinkPad. (I think it’s about $2,000, but never mind.)
I love my fly-away Dell; every time I open the laptop, it brightens my world, and people talk about it. I picked a design that could be viewed from any angle; my other choice was roses. That I travel with my Fly Away Dell quite a bit, and that it’s a lightweight powerhouse (sub 4 pounds, 12″ screen, but fast as the wind), only adds to the design choice.
